Crowd favourite: Chilli Chicken
Last year we ran a competition for our Facebook followers to suggest a new dish for the menu. Thanks to an awesome suggestion, we came up with Coriander’s Chilli Chicken, and it has fast become one of the best-selling dishes on our menu!

Kashmiri Chicken – Fried chicken pieces mixed with egg, corn flour, ginger, garlic paste and stir fried with cashews and sultanas.

Baduri Kofta – Grated paneer cheese, freshly chopped spinach and potato dumplings stuffed with cashew nuts and simmered in a creamy sauce.

Murg Pakiza – Chicken marinated overnight in ginger garlic paste, white pepper, lemon juice and spinach paste. Skewered and cooked in the tandoor.
