After many years in the Indian restaurant business, Amardeep Singh took the exciting step of opening his own restaurant, Corianders, in early April and he has not slowed down since.
Amar is relishing the chance to be involved with all sides of the business and the satisfaction of providing quality food and friendly service in a fast-growing and changing area. ‘‘I’m very, very pleased about my decision to come to Rolleston,’’ he says.
